The most effective path for this expansion is through strategic collaborations with established church or ministry networks, especially since the educational materials are themselves rooted in biblical principles. This "church-anchored" model leverages existing infrastructure to create immediate impact while ensuring long-term sustainability. We invite partners and church leaders to participate in joint training sessions, resource sharing, and advocacy efforts, which are essential to scaling this approach. Research cited by the
Barna Group in 2025 underscores the necessity of this approach: while small-business owners are often trusted twice as much as churches in their communities, 70% of adults believe that alliances between pastors and entrepreneurs are the key to solving social problems. Despite this potential, a significant gap remains. Data shows that
less than two in five (39%) of pastors feel equipped to provide entrepreneurs counseling
specifically related to work-life balance and career decisions, and
62% of Christian business owners lack a clear framework for integrating their faith into their operations. The Academy is closing this gap by equipping local leaders through our Kingdom Builder curriculum to mentor entrepreneurs directly within their congregations.
